Updated CI to use Laminas CI
Set composer config.platform.php to 8.1.99
Added release automation
Updated coding standards to Laminas Coding Standard v3 and fixed resulting coding standards errors
Fixed some static-analysis errors and set baseline for others to fixed later
Fixed linting errors in README.md
Update .gitattributes to use LF on php and phtml files. This is avoid phpcs LF errros on Windows
Update composer dependencies
